Payment
Payment can be made using major credit cards through the PayPal secure payment process on this site. Other forms of payment may be considered. Email me at joe@jefdesigns.com with any questions.

Shipping
Each product is made to order, so please allow up to three weeks before shipping. All domestic orders qualify for free shipping and are sent via UPS Ground. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available for an extra fee. International shipping is available. Please email joe@jefdesigns.com for a shipping quote estimate.

Returns
jefdesigns accepts returns up to 15 days from receipt of order with a 20% restocking fee. Please email joe@jefdesigns.com to notify of a return. Orders must be packaged carefully back into their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damage
If for some reason your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact immediately. Please keep all original packing material. Photos of the damage may be necessary to file a claim.
