all payments are made using major credit cards through the PayPal secure payment process on this site. a paypal account is not needed to make a purchase.
shipping
domestic orders over $75 qualify for free shipping and are sent via fedex ground. expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. international shipping is available. please email info@jefdesigns.com for a shipping quote estimate.
returns
unless otherwise stated, jefdesigns accepts returns of stock items up to 15 days from receipt of order with a 15% restocking fee. please email sales@jefdesigns.com to notify of a return. orders must be packaged carefully back into their original packaging. return shipping costs are paid by the customer. custom and made to order items are non-returnable.
damage
if for some reason your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact immediately and we will send out a replacement. please keep all original packing material. photos of the damage may be necessary to file a claim.
